Furniture for sale

Fabulously stylish and extremely comfortable, these French chairs are reminiscent of the iconic Tulip chair of the 1970s. They are date stamped and were manufactured in August 1975.

Perfect for dining, office or occasional use, these chairs offer style and 'coolness'.

The body is moulded in fibreglass and is fixed to a chromed steel pedestal that swivels.

Three chairs are offered for sale, in different colour ways, that have been refurbished and reupholstered to meet the UK's stringent fire safety standards.

Each chair has an interior fire retardent wool barrier and is then covered with designer fabric from SCION in Chenoa, which is also fire retardent and has a martindale rub test of 50000.

Fabric composition: 49% Cotton, 26% Viscose,  15% Linen and 10% Polyester.

The three available colours are:

  • Black and white chequerboard
  • Teal and white chequerboard
  • Orange and white chequerboard

Please note: The chairs are refurbished and owing to their age will, therefore, have small scratches and signs of usual wear for an item that is over 40 years old. There are no major dents or scratches that will detract from the beauty of these fabulous chairs.
